Senior Financial Accountant – Combining Accounting, AI, and an Entrepreneurial Mindset

You'll work directly with accomplished investors, business leaders, and an exceptionally talented accounting team while gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of businesses, real estate investments, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and review monthly financial reporting, accounting activities, and the month-end close process across multiple operating entities and properties.
• Support acquisitions, investment activity, capital projects, and strategic initiatives that provide exposure well beyond traditional accounting.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, year-end activities, and tax-related projects while developing a deeper understanding of the organization's investments and operations.
• Explore practical applications of AI, automation, and emerging technology to simplify processes, improve reporting, reduce manual work, and create efficiencies.
• Look for opportunities to rethink existing processes, introduce better solutions, and help build an accounting function that becomes increasingly sophisticated as the organization grows.

You'll work alongside an impressive CFO and a Controller who genuinely enjoys developing people and investing in their growth. Both bring tremendous experience, and you'll have direct access to their knowledge, perspective, and mentorship.
