Accounts Payable

Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM

Job Description:

• Processing, matching, and coding vendor invoices
• Processing, printing, and sending accounts payable checks
• Setting up new vendors in our payment processing system
• Performing month-end close procedures and account reconciliations
• Research and resolve any vendor payment inquiries
• Perform other duties to assist Corporate Finance team members

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, AP, or accounting experience (preferred)
• High School or better in General Education or related field
• Pass Drug Test & Background Check
• Motivated & Energetic!
