We serve more than 4,000 seniors across our San Fernando Valley campuses, delivering personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs, from independent living to specialized healthcare programs. Fountainview at Eisenberg Village is Los Angeles Jewish Health’s continuing care retirement community for independent seniors. Its 108 private apartments offer residents easy access to events on and off campus. The responsibilities of the Senior Community Sales Director include, but are not limited to:

• Sales & Lead Management: Manage incoming inquiries, conduct engaging community tours, and guide prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process from first contact to closing move-ins.
• External Outreach: Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources, including hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior centers, and case managers.
• Marketing Strategy: Plan and host on-site events, educational seminars, and open houses to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
• Data Tracking: Utilize CRM software to log prospect interactions, track sales pipelines, and analyze metrics to refine strategies.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with the Executive Director and clinical/nursing teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming move-in experience for new residents.

Experience and Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Must have, as a minimum, 2-5 years experience of proven success in relationship-based sales, marketing, or senior housing.
