If you are an inventive engineer who thrives on the challenge of true "blank page" design and wants to escape the monotony of standard product modifications, this position offers the ultimate professional playground. Our client is a highly agile, employee-oriented automation company transitioning into a high-growth original equipment manufacturer (OEM). As one of just five lead engineers on this elite team, your design footprints will be embedded into complex, multi-million dollar automated systems shipped directly to global manufacturing giants across the United States and Europe. This role offers a refreshing, close-knit collaborative environment completely free of multi-layered corporate red tape. Because their state-of-the-art engineering suite sits directly alongside a modern production floor, you will experience the distinct professional satisfaction of watching your custom, high-speed robotic creations physically fabricated, wired, and debugged right in front of you. With expanding market demand and a clear trajectory for technical leadership, this position offers high visibility and an exceptional runway for career advancement.
