Seasonal Accounting Assistant

Part-Time (Approximately 4 Months)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant for a seasonal, part-time opportunity in Cincinnati. This role will support accounts payable, data entry, and inventory returns. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Enter invoices and verify information for accuracy.
• Research and resolve invoice and data discrepancies.
• Process inventory returns and update inventory records.
• Maintain electronic records and assist with general accounting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous accounting, accounts payable, data entry, or administrative experience preferred.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency and basic accounting knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and work independently or as part of a team.

Schedule & Duration

Temporary, part-time position expected to last approximately four months. Flexible scheduling is available based on candidate availability and business needs.

Pay

$20–$23 per hour, based on experience.
