DUTIES

• Identifies potential prospects that could need our services
• Develops relationships with agents, adjusters, property managers and professional organizations
• Sells and markets ServiceMaster Restore to both residential and commercial line insurance carriers and other potential prospects
• Sells and markets ServiceMaster Restore to commercial property managers and other organizations
• Assists in developing marketing strategy for potential new accounts
• Ensures tracking of sales results on a consistent basis in relation to established goals
• Consistently working to develop new relationships in the insurance industry
• Hosting outings for current customers
• Some travel is required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales and Marketing experience required
• Familiarity with the restoration industry is a plus
• Must be self-motivated
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office software
• Prior insurance restoration marketing a plus
• Must be able to travel
• Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Must have the ability to work within team environment
• Must have the ability to develop written correspondence and also make oral presentations
• Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
