Sales manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

• Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform management decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business growth.
