About the Role

The Sales Executive will join an experienced team with deep expertise in the textile industry. In this role, you will develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships by selling exhibit space, sponsorships, and digital solutions for Functional Fabric Fair. You will use a consultative approach to help clients achieve their objectives while contributing to the continued growth and success of the event.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an individual sales strategy in partnership with Sales Management.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline to achieve exhibit space, sponsorship, and digital media revenue targets.
• Prospect for new business while growing existing accounts through booth upgrades and promotional opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer, territory, and pipeline information in Salesforce and other sales systems.
• Follow established sales processes and collaborate effectively with internal support teams.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, market conditions, key players, and distribution channels to inform event sales strategy.
• Attend competing events to identify prospects, gather market intelligence, and prepare timely show reports.
• Maintain and expand exhibitor prospect lists, creating targeted outreach campaigns to increase sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous B2B sales experience.
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills, with a focus on developing new business.
• A consultative, value-based approach to selling client-focused solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use sales technology and data systems.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,600 - $99,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
