At PHMG, we're building a high-performance team of Sales Development Representatives who are trained to succeed through a proven sales academy, with exceptional career progression and uncapped earning potential from day one.

The Pay

Expected first-year earnings of $80,000–$90,000

Uncapped commission – top SDRs earn $145,000+

$5,000 salary increases every three months when performance targets are achieved

High performers regularly earn well into six figures

• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday) — no weekends
• Eligible to work in the US
