Join the patient-focused Medical Acute team where you will provide nursing care to a wide demographic of patients on medical, surgical, and oncology units. Prioritizing quality, patient-centered care through advocacy and education while maintaining excellent time management and workflow. You will foster an environment that is focused on restoring function and optimizing care while maintaining the respect, autonomy, and individuality of every patient. You will support your team to ensure optimal patient care and success in your role. Act within the scope of your role as a Registered Nurse and be part of providing the outstanding patient care that Scripps is known for.

As Registered Nurse in Surgical Acute, you will provide direct patient care within the scope of your practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under your supervision and works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

This position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7K

• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
