We are currently seeking a Relationship Banker to work in our Fish Creek office with rotational Saturday mornings (9am-12pm) in our Sturgeon Bay office. What You’ll Do

You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face customers rely on for everyday banking and long‑term financial guidance. Build customer relationships by listening, recommending solutions, and supporting financial goals. Originate consumer loans and guide borrowers through applications, approvals, and closing. Open and maintain deposit accounts including checking, savings, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes. Serve as a branch point of contact by greeting customers, answering questions, and directing inquiries. Process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
