This role will support current and projected patient volume while ensuring timely OASIS completion, safe caseload management, and high-quality patient care. This is a full-time opportunity from 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. This position is at Lawrence Home Care of Westchester, a certified home health agency, affiliated with NewYork Presbyterian Westchester Hospital.

Preferred Criteria

• One year home care and Oasis experience

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current New York State RN license
• BCLS certification
• Must have valid driver’s license and car to use for work

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
