A LOOK AT YOUR DAY

At Michael Grasso DDS, we believe exceptional dental hygiene is about more than clean teeth. It's about educating patients, supporting their overall health, and helping them feel confident about their smiles.

You'll work closely with our experienced Lead Dentist and dental team to provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care in a welcoming, relationship-focused environment.

Our typical hygiene schedule includes:

• New Patient Appointments: 60 minutes
• Scaling & Root Planing: 90 minutes per quadrant
• Adult Prophylaxis: 60 minutes
• Approximately 10 patients per day
• Patient education focused on periodontal health, prevention, and overall wellness

• One Experienced Lead Dentist
• One Practice Lead
• One Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist
• One Full-Time Dental Assistant
• One Part-Time Dental Assistant

• Practice Management Software: Denticon
• Fee-for-service-focused practice
• Patient-centered approach emphasizing preventive care and long-term relationships
• Consistent Tuesday–Thursday schedule

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an RDH who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care, enjoys connecting with patients, and brings a positive attitude to the office.

• Active Missouri Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Local anesthetic certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of OSHA sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Strong understanding of periodontal health, preventive dentistry, and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Comfortable with digital charting and dental practice management software.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Friendly, compassionate, and dependable attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, grow, and embrace feedback.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $48–$55 per hour, commensurate with experience.
