What you will do:

• Design refrigeration systems for food distribution centers, cold storage, and food processing facilities
• Develop flow diagrams, plans and specifications for refrigeration systems
• Perform heat load calculations to determine facility refrigeration requirements
• Conduct heat transfer and thermodynamic analysis associated with sizing and selection of refrigeration equipment, piping, and control valves
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to others in the development of construction layouts, documents and specifications for projects

What we are looking for:

• B.S. degree in Engineering
• Successful completion of EIT or PE exam (preferred)
• 5 years industrial refrigeration engineering and design experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials, engineering standards and codes
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex engineering problems
