Job Description

Real Estate Attorney – Prince William, Virginia

Established in the 1960’s, we are a mid-sized law firm that has 3 offices in Virginia and we focus on land use and zoning matters, real estate, eminent domain, commercial litigation, and trusts & estates.

Job duties:

Represent clients in transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing.
Advise developers and property owners on real estate development projects and related legal requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, development agreements, leases, and other real estate contracts.
Conduct title examinations and review title commitments, surveys, easements, restrictions, and related property records.

Required:

VA license
Recent real estate experience
