In this role, your guidance and direction will ensure agency compliance with the Federal and State laws, rules, and regulations, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Family and Medical Leave (FML), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA)), and the Maine Human Rights Act. You will collaborate with Management and other HR Professionals to resolve employee complaints in these areas and may conduct or oversee investigations and/or management reviews.
