The Property Manager oversees and ensures the smooth operation of residential and commercial properties, safeguarding asset value while maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, proficiency in property management, and exceptional attention to detail. The Property Manager manages budgets, rent collection, lease administration, and building maintenance to ensure that all property expenses remain within budget and that day-to-day operations run efficiently.
The Property Manager works in a professional real estate and property management environment that includes both office-based and on-site responsibilities across residential and commercial properties. The role involves regular interaction with tenants, vendors, maintenance providers, and internal teams, requiring clear communication and a strong customer service approach. You will use property management and accounting software, such as MRI and Yardi, along with advanced Microsoft Office tools to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational documentation. The position typically follows standard business hours, with flexibility needed to respond to urgent issues, emergencies, and time-sensitive tenant or building matters. Site visits, property inspections, and coordination of building operations and maintenance are integral parts of the role, requiring a professional appearance when representing the property to tenants, partners, and visitors.
This is a Contract position based out of El Segundo, CA.
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
