5+ years of IT Project Management experience (10+ preferred). Proven success leading large, complex, enterprise software implementation, upgrade, or conversion projects from initiation through deployment. Strong experience managing vendors, consulting partners, and cross-functional project teams. Expertise with Waterfall SDLC, stage-gate governance, risk management, scope management, and executive reporting. Experience creating and managing detailed, resource-loaded project schedules in Microsoft Project. Ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and drive outcomes. Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences. Experience with enterprise systems that include multiple integrations, dependencies, and operational readiness activities.
