Lerch Bates is seeking a Project Manager to join our Façade Access Group (FACG). In this role, you will support and manage projects involving façade access systems, building maintenance equipment (BMU), suspended access systems, davits, roof anchors, fall protection systems, and other building access solutions for new and existing buildings. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with consultants, technical specialists, building owners, architects, developers, contractors, and facility managers to deliver consulting, design, inspection, certification, and project management services. You'll oversee multiple projects simultaneously while serving as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a combination of technical problem-solving, client interaction, project management, construction coordination, and consulting within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
