Program Coordinator

Reports to: Regional Director

Effective date: 5/2026

FLSA status: Full-time, Exempt

Salary Start: $50,000

Direct Reports: Residential Coordinators, Direct Support Professionals

Seat Purpose

The Program Coordinator performs a wide variety of duties to coordinate the programs and services of Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. (ESGWND) as directed by the Regional Director. Program Coordinators will oversee all aspects of the program and billing process.

Core Accountabilities

  • Caseload Management
  • Prepare and participate in the planning process and the Overall Service Plans.
  • Assure that the strategies set forth by family and the team are carried out.
  • Assist people supported in ESGWND services with state/federal paperwork.
  • Provide needed assistance to complete grooming, hygiene and personal care tasks.
  • Conduct quarterly visits and monthly contact with the people supported in services.
  • Uphold HIPPA rules and regulations.
  • Manage Staff including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring DSPs/ESPs.

Required Qualifications

Education & experience: Bachelor’s Degree in the human service field or related. Preference will be given to those with a psychology, social work, education or gerontology degree. One year of experience in working directly with people with developmental disabilities.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, walk, and stand. Must have the ability to regularly drive throughout the assigned region, with some statewide travel occasionally.

Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement creative plans. Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills.
