About the Job:

Act as support for the Product Development team.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

  • Receive all packages and distribute product samples, lab dips, strike-offs, etc
  • Review and check-in samples using WIP tracking chart includes reviewing samples (measuring artwork, trim review, fabric review, etc)
  • Follow up and track all fit, PP, TOP samples with vendors and update WIP accordingly
  • Filing of lab dips, strike-offs, samples, etc
  • Build and update POs as required
  • Work cross-functionally with departments
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What it takes to Join:

  • 2+ years experience in Apparel or Retail Industry a plus
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • PLM experience a plus
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Team-player, willing to jump in and assist others as needed

Salary Range:

($53,191 - $58,712)

  • Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
  • Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
