Join Worley’s Monrovia office as a Principal Mechanical Engineer within the Rotating Engineering Group, where you’ll provide technical and leadership excellence across multidisciplinary projects. In this role, you’ll lead project execution and discipline deliverables, ensuring alignment with company and client procedures while driving continuous improvement in work processes. You’ll develop innovative technical solutions to complex engineering challenges, oversee and mentor a team of engineers, and support the successful delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes.
The candidate will work within a team framework of other disciplines and will understand the broad organizational implications of the work being performed.
This role is in the Long Beach CA Worley office location and not eligible to support remotely. May be required to travel to the vendors facilities.
$146,187-$214,980 commensurate with experience and level of position.
Eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc.
BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of API, ANSI, NEMA, ASTM specifications.
