PHYSICAL THERAPY AIDE (FULL-TIME)

Mobility Bone & Joint Physical Therapy, a division of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at our outpatient clinic in Salem, NH.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in physical therapy, athletic training, sports medicine, or rehabilitation who enjoys working with patients in a collaborative healthcare environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas and set up equipment for therapy sessions.
• Clean and maintain therapy equipment and supplies.
• Escort patients to and from treatment areas.
• Monitor patients during therapy sessions and communicate any concerns or changes to the physical therapist.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining patient records, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent patient service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Interest in physical therapy, athletic training, sports medicine, or a related field.
• Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

POSITION DETAILS

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay Range: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 32–40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours with some early evening availability
• Location: In-person, outpatient physical therapy clinic in Salem, NH
