Pella Corporation, one of the largest manufacturers of windows and doors in North America, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the PDSN Account Team for Summer 2027. As a leader in innovation, Pella offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and innovative industry.
This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support showroom activations, warehouse operations, sales enablement, compliance initiatives, and integration efforts across the PDSN & Sales Subsidiary network. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to strategic planning, operational execution, and technology transformation projects.
Compensation: The starting pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. Compensation for this role is established through Pella Corporation’s internship program. Eligible participants may receive transition assistance in accordance with company policies and program guidelines.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Accounting or Finance.
