Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Patrol day to day Operations
• Observing and reporting crimes and CC&R and Deed Restriction violations.
• Opening and closing both Palo Verde and Cottonwood Clubhouses and related recreational facilities.
• Checking facility users for homeowner or guest cards
• Provide escort for transfer of funds
• Check fluid levels, oil, transmission, tires prior to start of shift. Report any damage to vehicle.
• Always drive in a safe manner and obey all Arizona traffic laws.
• Perform routine checks on Palo Verde Gate officer.
• Issue Courtesy Notices for Recreational Vehicles and conduct subsequent checks for violations of the 48 hour parking restriction.
• Perform routine patrol within Cottonwood and Palo Verde, being observant for any unauthorized persons or activity.
• Providing assistance to homeowners with problems such as jump starts, lockouts, etc.
• Other duties assigned - Completes/performs other tasks as requested by the employee’s manager. The General Manager may also request employees to perform duties not specifically included in the employee’s job description.

• The employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time.
• The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision.

Overnight shift: 11:30 pm - 6:30 am
