Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee front desk operations and help ensure every guest has a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, partnering across departments to ensure teams are aligned on service and guest needs.
• Develop and apply service recovery guidelines that resolve issues quickly and deliver complete guest satisfaction.
• Coach, support, and grow front office staff by creating a motivating environment, providing training, and encouraging career advancement.
• Assist the General Manager with developing, implementing, and monitoring financial and operational plans that support company goals.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned, ensuring smooth operations during your shift.
