Draft and revise quality and production procedures to ensure compliance to customer requirements. Manage multiple production teams, totaling up to 50+ individuals. Ensure routine inspection and preventive maintenance are performed on assigned equipment and defects or needed repairs are reported to manager. Ensure equipment and work area are properly maintained and cleaned. Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures. Follow daily Procedures and Protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
