NOW HIRING: ON-CALL EVENT SETUP & TEARDOWN CREW

Pay: $17–$18 per hour

Schedule: On-call; shifts vary based on event needs.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to assist with event setup and teardown.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and take down tables, chairs, staging, and event equipment.
• Load, unload, and move event supplies safely.
• Follow event layouts and supervisor instructions.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work with the team to meet event deadlines.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be available for on-call assignments, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have own transportation to and from event locations.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Previous event setup, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus.

This is an on-call position. Assignments and hours are not guaranteed.
