Guest Experience Manager – Las Vegas, NV

Overview

Atomic Golf is a next-generation golf entertainment venue located just off the Las Vegas Strip. It features four floors of immersive golf games, bars, food, and private event spaces. Atomic Golf is the one of the newest and unique attractions in Las Vegas! Atomic Golf is seeking a Premium Sales Manager for the Flagship venue, where the chosen candidate will be responsible for selling the experience of small group events and driving premium sales revenue for Atomic Golf.

Position Summary

The Guest Experience Manager serves as a key ambassador of the Atomic Golf brand, delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized service to every guest. This role focuses on creating memorable experiences from arrival through departure by anticipating guest needs, providing venue knowledge, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. The Concierge plays a critical role in elevating guest satisfaction, strengthening relationships, and supporting overall venue operations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Serve as a primary point of contact for guests upon arrival, providing a warm, enthusiastic, and professional welcome.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively deliver personalized service throughout the guest journey.
• Assist with guest check-in, reservations, and event confirmations as needed.
• Provide accurate and engaging information about venue amenities, offerings, promotions, and experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns or service recovery situations quickly and professionally.

Experience Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales, Events, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of group and individual guest experiences.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special requests, and high-profile guest experiences.
• Support event flow by guiding guests through venue spaces and ensuring timelines are maintained.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences through upgrades, add-ons, or premium offerings.
• Promote venue programs, memberships, events, and future booking opportunities.
• Capture and relay guest feedback and potential sales leads to appropriate departments.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain knowledge of daily events, venue layout, promotions, and operational updates.
• Assist with reservation system updates and guest documentation when applicable.
• Uphold brand standards, appearance standards, and service protocols at all times.
• Support general front-of-house operations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of hospitality, concierge, guest services, or customer experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
• High-energy, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with reservation systems, CRM platforms, or POS systems is a plus.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business demands.
• Ability to navigate a large entertainment venue environment.
