Office Support Coordinator

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Office Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

Purpose of the Role

As an Office Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting and shipping team with assigned projects. You will report directly to the Coordinating Group Manager. This position is onsite and located at our Stayton, OR facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer invoicing
• Managing receiving activities and related documentation
• Coordinating with Accounts Payable to ensure vendor invoices are processed and paid promptly
• Supporting L2L color material pull paperwork
• Providing backup support for the scheduling department during PTO, absences, and increased workload periods
• Providing backup for key office and administrative processes
• Assisting with office support activities across multiple departments as needed
• Maintaining records, reports, and administrative documentation, supporting communication and coordination between office, production, and vendors
• Performing other administrative duties necessary to support daily business operations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience working in accounts is payable or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Software
• Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and general accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
