The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. This person will be the backbone of our administrative and financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly so our technical team can focus on what they do best.

This is a multi-faceted role that requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee all financial functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Payroll & Human Resources: Manage weekly payroll processing and handle all aspects of HR administration, including new hire onboarding and maintaining employee records.
• Operational Support: Order and manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and handle day-to-day office needs to ensure a productive work environment.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain company records, file important documents, answer phones, and support the team with various administrative tasks.

Who You Are

• You have proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or in a similar administrative role.
• You are proficient with accounting software and ERP Software.
• You have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and HR principles.
• You are highly detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• You are a resourceful problem-solver who can work independently.
