Office Manager - Part Time

The Office Manager primarily provides administrative assistance to programs and services for our Asheville Community Program prescriber, Spravato Program, facility operations management, and alumni engagement.

Location: Asheville, NC

Scheduled:

• 21 hours per week
• 9 am – 5 pm 3 days per week

Salary: Starting at $19.50 per hour and increases based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to ACP prescriber-medication packing refill requests, queues medication refiles, troubleshoots any issues, and clarifies any medication discrepancies
• Provides support for non-urgent medical issues during work hours
• Sends refill requests to provider from pharmacies
• Processes ACP drug screens, supplement requests
• Provides administrative support for Spravato program including enrollments and scheduling, tracking and documenting medication deliveries
• Coordinates alumni engagement, operations of alumni outcomes and surveys
• Supports ACP Program Manager and Facilities staff in communicating and processing facility operational needs
• Provides admin support to CPO, Quality Director as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience working in an administrative role
• Preferred experience working in a setting with adults who have significant mental health challenges
