  • Support quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with physicians, providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and professional development of nursing staff.
  • Participate in regulatory surveys, audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff and assist with resolving patient care concerns or operational issues.
  • Support policy development, process improvement initiatives, and departmental goals.
  • Assist with inventory, equipment management, and nursing department resources.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Nursing as designated.
  • Participate in on-call and leadership coverage rotations as needed to support a 24/7 clinical operation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and support positive patient outcomes.
  • Knowledge of ASAM Criteria and addiction treatment best practices preferred, but not required.
