Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As an NP at our hospital, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive psychiatric care to our patients. You will coordinate decision-making with the psychiatrist, perform clinical assessments, and develop treatment plans. Our team includes psychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, mental health technicians, social workers, therapists, and educators. We seek someone who can establish empathy and a person-centered approach to patients, recognize their limitations, and respond to challenging situations with skill and professionalism. Your Experience Matters

What we’re looking for:

• Education & Licensure: Completion of a Master’s Program (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner) from an accredited nursing school. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of Washington
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
• Additional Skill Requirements: Comprehensive liability insurance, current CPR certification

Compensation:

This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation range is $165,000.00 to $185,000.00 annually. We're eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level.
