A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join its team at a nursing home in Chicago, IL.

Requirements:

Nursing home experience strongly preferred
Active Nurse Practitioner license in IL
DEA license
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities:

Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
Provide full-scope primary care to residents

Compensation & Benefits:

Full benefits package
