Offering $125,000 - $140,000/annual salary + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Nurse Manager Opportunity:

• Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
• Schedule: Day Shift

Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest standards and quality of patient care are maintained, often by enforcing evidence-based practices and nursing standards.
• Serving as a crucial communication link between the bedside nursing staff and upper hospital administration/leadership.
• Addressing and resolving escalated issues, complaints, or concerns from patients and their families.

Nurse Manager Qualifications:

• Must have an Idaho State or Compact Nursing license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a BLS or ACLS certification.
• Must have a Bachelor's in Nursing or a related field.
• Must have at least 5 years of nursing experience with recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Must have Leadership experience.
