Job Description

We are growing and looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team!

We currently have four part-time caregiving opportunities available, offering consistent schedules and meaningful one-on-one care.

Available Cases and Schedules

Case 1 – Weekend Personal Care

Days: Saturday and Sunday
Time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Hours: 8 hours per week

Client Needs: Bed-bound client requiring attentive personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, repositioning within the care plan, and comfort support.

Case 2 – Memory Care Companionship

Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday
Time: 5:45 PM – 7:45 PM
Hours: 8 hours per week

Client Needs: Client living in a memory care community with dementia. Companionship, social engagement, emotional support, and supervision. No hands-on personal care expected for this assignment.

Case 3 – Friday Daytime Care

Day: Friday only
Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Hours: 4 hours per week

Client Needs: General caregiving assistance, companionship, and support with daily activities according to the client's care plan.

Case 4 – Sarasota Morning Personal Care

Location: Sarasota, FL
Days: Monday through Friday
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Hours: 10 hours per week

Client Needs: Hands-on personal care, including incontinence care, changing, hygiene assistance, and maintaining client comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

  • HHA training or CNA certification preferred.
  • Previous caregiving experience.
  • Experience with personal care, dementia, or bed-bound clients is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
  • Ability to consistently work assigned shifts.
  • Ability to follow individualized care plans.
