We are a growing California law firm seeking an entry level Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our team through a structured training and growth program. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney looking to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement. No prior workers’ compensation experience required. What You’ll Do

• As part of our New WC Attorney Growth Program, you will receive training and progressively increased responsibility, including:
• Learning workers’ compensation case fundamentals and workflow
• Working closely with intake and support teams to evaluate and open cases
• Managing workers’ compensation files from beginning to end (with support staff)
• Assisting with and conducting depositions as you progress
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and staff
• Developing toward a supervisory role within approximately two years

Qualifications

• Recently admitted to the California Bar (or pending admission)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable receiving feedback and training
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Experience:

• Workers’ compensation experience not required
• Trial experience not required

Starting salary is $80,000 to $100,000 and is based on geographic area + experience

Monthly bonuses based on performance

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
