Job Description

The full-time Network Administrator position will be located at our St. Paul, MN office. This is not a remote position. Qualified candidates must possess excellent technical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Prior experience as a network administrator or an equal education level is required. Must be equally proficient in MacOS and Windows. Linux/*nix experience recommended.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.
• All Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure and Entra ID) functions
• Supervise one Helpdesk employee
• Assist Helpdesk requests for 150 employees
• Manage software subscriptions and licenses
• Intermediate networking and network security skills
• VPN control and maintenance
• Backups maintained
• Purchasing new hardware
• Font management
• Spam management
• Microsoft Office 365 management
• Experience in both Powershell and bash/zsh scripting
• MDM experience for both MacOS and Windows

Qualifications

Requirements: 2+ years of Network Administrator experience using some of the listed technologies in job responsibilities. Must have experience with both Mac and PCs.
