What You Will Do:

Candidate will perform services to ensure compliance with relevant laws, executive orders, directions, and regulations governing mission activities. Functions of the position include:

  • Conduct periodic and systematic evaluations of internal control systems and audit trails and makes recommendations for continuous improvement in processes and controls.
  • Coordinate compliance training and initiate changes in procedures due to new or revised regulations.
  • Continuously monitor, research and analyze exiting, proposed and new federal and status statues with respect to their present and future impact upon Agency and company operations.
  • Provide guidance to other departments on the identification and documentation of required actions/policies, conformance tests and ongoing monitoring issues.

What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
High School degree-GED
TEN (10) or more years' experience evaluating internal controls, supporting regulatory compliance, and implementing process improvements for Mission activities within the Intel or National Security environment -OR- Master’s degree with FIVE (5) or more years of relevant experience.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Experience working with executive level stakeholder groups.
  • Working experience in the Intelligence Community and/or Department of War.

Salary:

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
