What You'll Do:

• Work on domestic and international tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and investment real estate.
• Advise clients on IRC Section 1031 exchanges, installment sales, sale-leasebacks, and other tax-efficient strategies.
• Handle tax-free reorganizations, business transfer, and restructuring transactions.
• Collaborate with tax experts and clients to structure favorable business and investment transactions.
• Provide strategic tax planning guidance and deal structuring support for clients.

What You'll Bring:

• LLM in Taxation and 3-5 years of experience in tax law.
• Knowledge of domestic and international tax planning, tax-free exchanges, and business tax strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with tax compliance and business entity structuring.
