Pathways for Life is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our Day Program team on an on-call, back-up, or as-needed basis.

If you enjoy helping others, building meaningful relationships, and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Support individuals in daily activities and community engagement
• Encourage independence and personal growth
• Build positive, respectful relationships
• Assist with behavior support strategies when needed
• Help maintain a safe, engaging day program environment
• Transport members to and from activities using company vehicles as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Compassionate and patient individuals
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Reliable and flexible availability
• Age 18+
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Clean driving record and background check
