Seeking the Right Person for Private PT clinic:

Medical Receptionist — Full-Time

An exciting opportunity is available for a dependable, organized medical receptionist to support our expanding private clinics.

The position is scheduled Monday through Thursday, approximately 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday, approximately 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional additional shift coverage may be needed.

You’ll assist patients, visitors, and medical staff with information and administrative needs. The ideal candidate is patient, professional, comfortable with computers, and able to multitask while helping keep clinic operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and handle communications
• Enter and update patient demographic information
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain insurance authorizations
• Schedule appointments and make confirmation calls
• Greet and assist patients
• Maintain medical and insurance records
• Manage calendars and other administrative tasks

Qualifications

Medical office or similar administrative experience is preferred. We will consider applicants without this experience who are a strong fit for the role.
