Position Summary

The Market Manager plays a critical role in driving patient referrals through effective relationship building with attorneys, medical providers, and other partners. This position bridges the communication gap between referring businesses and MVPC staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to referring business offices to troubleshoot, support, and manage any reported issues.
• Develop and strengthen relationships by promoting MVPC’s services and specialists.
• Identify referring business needs and provide solutions, including educational opportunities, practice support, and patient-centered strategies.
• Maintain and effectively utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage territory and communicate with referring partners.
• Create and execute strategic provider marketing plans, balancing profitability with budget limitations.
• Establish and track ROI metrics to measure the success of referral efforts and increase patient referrals.
• Coordinate hospitality events such as scheduling meetings and providing food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner meetings.
• Represent MVPC at industry mixers and trade shows by setting up and staffing booths, engaging with visitors, and distributing educational materials and promotional items.
• Address patient and referring business concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support reputation management efforts and enhance MVPC’s social media presence.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 3+ years experience building partnerships with community partners
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Access to a reliable vehicle for client visits

AZ Corporate Office, Onsite with Frequent Client Visits
