Dover Behavioral Health System features individual units for adolescents and adults and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average, over 10,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Dover Behavioral Health System. The Social Services Manager is responsible for the leadership, administration, coordination and evaluation of the Social Services department. This position is under the direction of our Clinical Services Director.

Qualifications

Masters in Social Work (MSW) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure required. Minimum of three years of clinical leadership experience preferably in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
