The Special Supplemental Benefits team is seeking a Manager, Product Implementation & Operations to support the successful implementation and ongoing operation of Medicare supplemental benefit programs. This role is responsible for coordinating implementation activities, supporting operational readiness, and contributing to operational process improvement efforts across the organization.
The Manager will partner closely with operational, business, and vendor partners to ensure benefit programs are implemented effectively and operational issues are resolved timely and accurately. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $145,860.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
