Manager, pharmacy

HCT is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical professional to serve as an Interim Manager of Pharmacy at a hospital in North Dakota. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for managing the pharmacy operations, while supporting the goals and objectives of the hospital and upholding the ethics of the profession of pharmacy
• Implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures
• Supervision and training of staff
• Inventory management
• Quality assurance
• Regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy MBA, MS, or MHA preferred
• Experience: Minimum of three years of recent pharmacy or related experience required. At least one year of leadership experience preferred
• License: Licensed to practice in ND is required
