We are seeking a highly motivated Manager or Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Feasibility Lead to own feasibility assessment and country and site strategy within the Kymera Trial Optimization function. This individual will lead the feasibility process for clinical studies across the portfolio, working with cross-functional study teams, Development Operations, and CRO partners to ensure protocols, country and site plans, and enrollment assumptions are realistic, evidence-based, and executable. The role draws on patient population and epidemiology information, site and investigator insights, historical study experience, and the competitive trial landscape to shape study planning and strategy. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Trial Planning and Feasibility, the individual will translate feasibility findings into clear recommendations at the study team level that improve the speed and predictability of clinical trial execution.
Lead end-to-end feasibility for clinical studies, from early protocol concept through site selection, assessing recruit ability, patient availability, site capacity, and operational risk to inform study design and planning.
Develop country and site recommendations, including country allocation, site footprint, and site selection criteria, in collaboration with Clinical Operations and CRO partners.
Oversee site feasibility activities with CROs and vendors, including site and investigator outreach, feasibility questionnaires, and the evaluation of site capabilities, patient access, and prior experience with similar studies.
Establish and communicate enrollment and recruitment assumptions, including enrollment timelines, screen failure and dropout expectations, and site activation plans, and define the key feasibility risks and mitigation strategies for each study.
Assess the competitive clinical trial landscape to understand competing studies, patient and site competition, treatment landscape dynamics, and other factors that may affect study feasibility and enrollment.
Partner with the Kymera Site Engagement team to obtain real-world insight into patient populations, standard of care, and site operations.
Monitor study performance against feasibility assumptions, including enrollment and site activation, and work with study teams and CROs to identify emerging risks and recommend recruitment and contingency strategies.
Capture lessons learned and feedback between planned and actual trial performance to continuously improve feasibility assumptions, site selection practices, and future study planning.
Partner with Clinical Operations, Medical Development, Program Management, and other stakeholders to align on feasibility questions, priorities, and timelines.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of feasibility processes, standards, and best practices across the organization.
