Provides operational and clinical leadership for assigned outpatient services to ensure timely access, high-quality evidence-based care, strong client experience, and achievement of service, workforce, quality, productivity, and financial performance expectations. Partners with the Director of Outpatient and Access and other leaders to develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve outpatient services. Oversees outpatient supervisors and teams, supports workforce development and clinical quality, and strengthens coordination across Centerstone programs and community partners.
This position has supervisory responsibilities, which include providing direction, training, coaching, performance feedback, and personnel oversight in accordance with system policies. The position may directly supervise outpatient supervisors, clinicians, and/or other assigned team members.
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another behavioral health-related field that meets applicable professional and payer requirements.
Minimum of four years of behavioral health service experience, including direct clinical service experience and at least two years of supervisory, management, or progressive leadership responsibility in an outpatient or community behavioral health setting.
Florida clinical licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT, or Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, or Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern status, is strongly preferred but not required.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary outpatient behavioral health teams and multiple programs or locations.
Experience with access management, productivity and caseload oversight, quality improvement, revenue cycle, payer requirements, and performance management.
Experience serving individuals across the lifespan, including adults, children, adolescents, and individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs.
Experience implementing or sustaining evidence-based practices and measurement-based care in an outpatient setting.
Work is performed in an office, clinical, residential, and/or community-based environment depending on role and assignment. The position may involve routine use of office, clinical, or electronic systems and equipment. Duties may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and working at a computer. Work hours may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended shifts based on program needs. This position is classified as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
The role may require occasional travel between Centerstone locations and availability outside standard business hours based on operational needs.
