Management trainee

Through hands-on experience across multiple departments, mentorship, you will develop practical business, analytical, and problem-solving skills while contributing to day-to-day operations and cross-functional projects. You will also leverage AI tools to analyze data, improve processes, and identify opportunities to work smarter. Responsibilities:

• Assist teams with day-to-day tasks and contribute to projects in each function.
• Learn the key metrics each department tracks, such as sales, costs, productivity, and customer satisfaction, and help prepare reports.
• Use AI tools to analyze data, draft reports, and automate routine tasks as part of your work.
• Share ideas on where AI or process changes could help a team work better.
• Attend all program training sessions, workshops, and mentor check-ins.
• Reflect on what you learn in each rotation and present key takeaways at your reviews.
• Complete the capstone project and present it to leadership.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (business, economics, or management a plus)

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot, and a clear sense of how to apply them to real business problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.
• Willingness to rotate across departments: Design, Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance, Store Operations.

Annual Salary $60,000 - $68,000 per year
